Concert attendance guide
First time attending a concert? Here are a few tips to get you started and make the most of your experience with us:
Concerts take place at Hilliard Presbyterian Church: Parking is available at the church, which is located at 3600 Leap Rd., Hilliard, OH 43026.
Arrive on time: Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to find parking, choose your seat and settle in. We kindly request that latecomers choose a discreet and quiet moment to enter if the concert has already started.
Silence all devices: Ensure all phones, watches, and other devices are silenced or turned off before the performance begins to avoid disruptions.
Applaud at the ‘right time:’ Typically, audience members applaud only at the end of an entire piece, not between movements within a piece. Watch for the conductor's or performers' cues if you're unsure!
Minimize noise: Please avoid talking, unwrapping candies, or making other noises during the performance, as it can be distracting to both performers and other audience members. Please leave your seat to take emergency phone calls.
Smart-casual: While formal attire is often traditional for evening concerts, we welcome casual attire and look forward to hosting all audience members, whether it’s your first performance or you’re a seasoned concert-goer!
